Creatine (methyl-guanidine-acetate) was first isolated from meat by a French chemist and philosopher Michele Eugene Chevreul in 1832. He named his discovery creatine, a reference to the Greek kreas, meat.

Around 60-70% of the creatine content of our organelles is in the form of free creatine, with the remainder in the so-called phosphorised form.

Ingredients:
Creapure (Creatine Monohydrate) (of which Creatine), Creapure (creatine monohydrate) 87.8%, capsule shell [gelatine, glazing agent (shellac), colour (iron oxides and hydroxides), acidity regulator (ammonium hydroxide), acidity regulator (potassium hydroxide)], anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide). Made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, gluten, soy, peanuts, celery, crustaceans, fish, molluscs, sulphur dioxide and nuts containing foods.

Recommended Use:
On training days, take 1x2 capsules 30 minutes before training with a glass of water. On rest days, take 1x2 capsules with a glass of water before meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
