Ingredients
Krea-Genic (creatine monohydrate, acidity regulator: sodium carbonates), taurine, beta-alanine, acid: malic acid, tricalcium phosphate, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

Recommended Use
Mix 7.9 g powder (1 level measuring scoop) with 200 ml water. Take 1 serving per day, preferably before a workout. Use for 6 weeks, then take a 2–4 week break.
