Ingredients: Magtein® (magnesium L-threonate), cellulose (capsule), rice flour, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide. May contain: wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients.

Recommended Use: Take 3 capsules daily in divided doses (take 1 capsule during the daytime, preferably in mid-afternoon and take 2 capsules one hour before sleep).
