Ingredients

Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate Flakes (47% MgCl2 concentration).

Recommended Use

For a footbath, add 150g of flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approximately 5 litres of water, enough to cover your feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.

For a bath, add 250g of flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. The supplied directions recommend a magnesium bath 2–3 times a week.

Magnesium flakes are very hygroscopic and will quickly absorb moisture from the air if left opened. Store in a dry place and quickly reseal the opened bag. Follow the instructions on the packaging.
