Ingredients: Magnesium bisglycinate 84%, capsule shell (gelatine), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), pyridoxine hydrochloride 0.1%. Made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, gluten, soy, puts, nuts, celery, fish, crustac and sulphur dioxide containing foods.
