Recommended Use

Begin by taking ½ serving (½ scoop) mixed with 300–350ml of cold water on an empty stomach 20–30 minutes prior to your first meal or protein shake. Assess your personal tolerance before using a full serving. Do not use for longer than 4 weeks followed by a 4-week break. Refrigerate after opening.
