Ingredients
Gynostemma pentaphyllum leaf and stem extract, hesperidin fruit powder, Grains of Paradise (Aframomum melegueta) seed extract, GBBGO® (gamma-butyrobetaine HCl), BioPerine® black pepper (Piper nigrum) fruit extract, chromium picolinate; vegetable capsule, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
Directions
Take 1 capsule twice daily, once in the morning and once in the afternoon, on an empty stomach. Do not take with meals. For best results, use daily alongside a balanced diet and regular exercise.
