Ingredients

Caffeine anhydrous, guarana (Paullinia cupana) seed extract, theobromine cocoa extract, chromium picolinate, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin); hypromellose capsule, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearate, silicon dioxide and colours.

Directions

Take 1 capsule in the morning or afternoon, at least 30 minutes before a meal. Never take more than 1 capsule per serving or 2 capsules in any 24-hour period. Do not take within 6 hours of sleep. Do not use continuously for longer than 2 months.

Warnings

High caffeine content: at least 200 mg per capsule, plus naturally occurring caffeine from guarana. Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone sensitive to caffeine. Do not combine with coffee, tea, energy drinks, pre-workouts, other caffeine products, synephrine, yohimbine, thyroid-support products or other stimulants. Consult a doctor before use if you have a medical condition or take medication, particularly antidepressants, MAO inhibitors, aspirin, anti-inflammatory medicines, decongestants or stimulant-containing medicines.
