Ingredients: Lactoferrin (as Apolactoferrin), emulsifier: microcrystalline cellulose; capsule (bovine gelatin), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide. Contains: milk.

Recommended use: Adults take 1 capsule once a day with food.

Recommended daily portion: 1 capsule.
