500mg Vegetable Capsules: L-Tryptophan (free-form), cellulose (capsule), cellulose powder and stearic acid (vegetable source).
1000mg Tablets: L-Tryptophan (free-form), croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), vegetarian coating and silicon dioxide.

Recommended Use
