Ingredients: L-phenylalanine, hypromellose (cellulose capsule). Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nuts.
Recommended use: Take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily as needed, preferably between meals.
