Vitamin B-6 (from pyridoxine HCl), L-methionine (free-form), gelatin (capsule), magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silica. Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended Use:
Take 2 capsules daily as needed, preferably on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
