L-Glutamine Micronized T6 contains micronized L-glutamine, taurine, and vitamin B6. L-glutamine makes up almost 60% of muscle mass, and its levels are depleted during exercise. L-glutamine and taurine are a valuable source of biological nitrogen. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and supports normal homocysteine metabolism. L-Glutamine Micronized T6 is recommended for athletes specializing in strength, strength-endurance, and strength-speed disciplines.

Ingredients:
L-Glutamine, Taurine, Vitamin B6, L-Glutamine (70%), Taurine (17%); Capsule Shell (Glazing Agent (Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose)); Anti-Caking Agent (Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids); Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) (0.04%). The product may contain: Milk, Soybeans, Cereals Containing Gluten, Eggs, Peanuts and Nuts.

Recommended Use:
Wash down a serving of the product – 4 capsules with 300 ml of water. Take 3 servings a day. On workout days: 1st serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving immediately after workout, 3rd serving at bedtime. On non-workout days: 1st serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving between meals, 3rd serving at bedtime.
