Ingredients:

Recommended Use:
Mix 1 scoop (5 g) with 250 ml of water or protein shake, stir and consume. Use 1 to 3 times daily at mealtimes. For optimal results consume 1 serving post training. Scoops are estimated only, weighing scales are recommended.
