The L-carnitine in the product comes from two sources: L-carnitine L-tartrate and acetyl-L-carnitine. Acetyl-L-carnitine is an active compound, the acetic acid ester of L-carnitine.

The zinc and chromium in the product contribute to normal macronutrient metabolism. In addition, *zinc contributes to the normal metabolism of fatty acids and to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood, while **chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.

Ingredients: L-carnitine L-tartrate (- of which L-carnitine), Acetyl-L-Carnitine (- of which L-carnitine), Total L-Carnitine, Zinc, Chromium, L-carnitine L-tartrate 55%, bulking agent (polydextrose), flavourings, instant black tea (Camellia sinensis) leaf extract 4%, acetyl-L-carnitine 4%, sweetener (sucralose), zinc oxide, chromium (III) chloride. Made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, soy, peanuts, nuts, celery, fish, crustacean, molluscs and sulphur dioxide containing foods.

Recommended Use: Drink one serving (5g = 1 scoop) of drink powder with 300 ml of water. Drink one serving 30 minutes before your workout, immediately after preparation. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
