Ingredients:

Water, Diluent (Xylitol), Ferric Sodium Edetate (Iron), Ferric Ammonium Citrate (Iron), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Flavouring (Natural Pomegranate).

Recommended Use:

Adults: use 4 sprays daily, taken together or separately. 4 sprays contain 10mg of iron. Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds before swallowing any excess liquid. Replace the cap after use.

Warnings:

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of young children. Recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Once opened, use within 6 months.
