Ingredients: Oat flakes flour (100%). Made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, gluten, soy, crustaceans, sulphur dioxide and nuts containing foods.

Recommended Use: Mix 1 serving powder (100g = 3 scoop filled to the top mark = 7 heaped tablespoons) with 200ml hot or 100ml cold water and leave it for 1-2 minutes. Consume it at any time of the day. You can combine it with your favourite fruits, nuts and other seasonings.
