Ingredients: Magnesium citrate, plant cellulose capsule, quercetin, ascorbic acid, beta 1-3,1-6 glucan (from Saccharomyces cerevisiae), N-acetyl-cysteine, L-lysine, calcium D-pantothenate, resveratrol, selenium yeast, chromium yeast, zinc citrate, oregano 4:1 extract, manganese gluconate, vitamin A acetate, thiamin HCl, cholecalciferol, methylcobalamin, riboflavin, D-alpha tocopherol succinate, niacinamide, iodine from kelp, P5P, vitamin K2 MK-7, copper citrate, L-methyltetrahydrofolate and sodium molybdate.
Recommended use: Adults: maintenance, 1 capsule per 30 kg body weight daily; acute use, 2 capsules per 30 kg body weight daily. Teenagers: maintenance, 1 capsule daily; acute use, 2 capsules daily. Take with food or as directed by a practitioner.
