Recommended Use

Mix 1 serving (65g) with 450ml water in a shaker bottle. The supplied directions describe 65g as approximately 2 level scoops or 4 heaped tablespoons; use a scale for accurate measurement.

On training days, take 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving immediately after training. On resting days, take 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening. Follow the directions on your chosen pack.
