Hot Blood Hardcore is a Blackcurrant Goji Berry pre-workout powder with 30 servings. It combines creatine, amino acids, caffeine, electrolytes, plant extracts, antioxidants and micronutrients.
What is In
A daily two-serving intake provides 3 g creatine, 300 mg total caffeine, 1,600 mg beta-alanine, 1,000 mg citrulline malate, 2,400 mg L-arginine, 1,000 mg L-tyrosine and an electrolyte blend. Mix each 12.5 g serving with 200 ml cold water; take one 30 minutes before training and one during training. High caffeine content: 150 mg per serving. Not for under-18s, pregnancy, nursing, people with heart disease, hypertension or caffeine sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children and do not exceed the recommended dose.
