Ingredients

Calcium β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate, L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, tri-creatine malate, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; capsule shell: gelatine.

Dietary information: Contains gelatine and is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.

Directions

Take one serving of four capsules once or twice daily with plenty of water. Use for no longer than twelve weeks, followed by a four-week break before the next period of use.
