Vitamin C + rosehips: Vitamin C 1,000 mg and rosehip powder 50 mg.

Calcium-zinc-magnesium complex: Calcium 365 mg, zinc 2 mg, magnesium 50 mg, phosphorus 147 mg, copper 0.23 mg, boron 26 mcg and L-glutamine 34 mg.

Lecithin: 1,200 mg from soyboil.

Multivitamin: Vitamin A 266 mcg, vitamin C 120 mg, vitamin D 10 mcg, vitamin K 60 mcg, vitamin E 20 mg, B1 2.8 mg, B2 3.2 mg, B3 36 mg, B5 12 mg, B6 4 mg, folic acid 400 mcg, B12 2 mcg, biotin 30 mcg, calcium 409 mg, magnesium 200 mg, iodine 100 mcg, iron 8 mg, selenium 50 mcg, zinc 10 mg, copper 1 mg, manganese 2 mg, chromium 50 mcg and molybdenum 50 mcg.

Omega-3: Fish oil 1,000 mg, providing EPA 180 mg and DHA 120 mg.

Joint Guard: Glucosamine sulphate 300 mg, of which glucosamine 195 mg; chondroitin sulphate 200 mg; MSM 100 mg.

Coenzyme Q10: 50 mg.

Allergens: Contains soy, fish and shellfish-derived ingredients. Made in a facility using gluten, milk, soy, egg and nuts.

Suggested use: Take one sachet daily with a meal and plenty of water.
