Ingredients:
Branched Chain Amino Acids: L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine in a 4:1:1 ratio, L-Glutamine, Acid (Citric Acid), Flavouring, Sweeteners (Sucralose, Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin)), Colour (Ponceau 4R). Ponceau 4R may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Contains Soy. Made in a facility that uses milk, soy, egg and nuts.

Recommended Use:
Mix 2 scoops (15g) with 350–500 ml of cold water and consume 1–3 servings daily, either between meals on non-workout days, or immediately after a workout.
