Ingredients:
Branched-Chain Amino acids: L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine in 10:1:1 ratio, L-Citrulline DL-Malate (2:1), Beta Alanine, L-Tyrosine, Flavourings, Acid (Citric acid), Sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame-K), Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin), Colour (Tartrazine; Ponceau 4R*). Contains Soy. May contain: milk, soy, egg and nuts.

Recommended Use:
Mix 2 scoops of powder (20g) with 500–600ml of cold water and consume daily, before, during or immediately after workout.

Do not consume and do not discard until all contents are used up! Store the container tightly closed between 5–30°C (41–86°F). Keep away from direct heat, moisture and sunlight. After opening do not store the product for more than 6 months. Tartrazine and Ponceau 4R may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
