Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), maltodextrin (non-GMO), vegetarian coating [hypromellose (cellulose), stearic acid (vegetable source), sunflower lecithin, triethyl citrate, sunflower oil], magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Directions
Take 1 tablet 1–2 times daily with food.
