Description:

Pure crystalline form of L-glutamine in practical capsules. One of the most frequently occurring amino acids in the skeletal muscles, L-glutamine supplements amino acids and supports the formation and protection of muscle mass.

Ingredients:

Recommended Use:
Training days: Use 3 capsules immediately after training.
Non-training days: Use 3 capsules in the evening before bedtime.
Maximum 3 capsules per day. Take with enough water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
