Ingredients: Glucomannan, Chromium, Inulin, Inulin 58%, glucomannan 42% (from Amorphophallus konjac tuber) (sulphur dioxide), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), chromium picolinate. Made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, soy, peanuts, crustaceans, fish, molluscs, sulphur dioxide and nuts containing foods.

Recommended Use: Mix 1 serving (2.5g = half a level scoop = 1 level teaspoon) of powder into at least 200ml of your preferred drink. Use a shaker bottle for mixing. Consume 3 servings daily, before meals, with plenty of liquids. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
