Recommended Use
Mix 1 serving (150g, or 2 measuring scoops) with 400ml of cold water or skimmed milk and shake well. On training days, consume 1 serving immediately after training. On non-training days, consume 1 serving between meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
