Ingredients:
Aqua, Propylene Glycol, Alcohol Denat, Cetearyl Alcohol, Acrylates Copolymer, Glucosamine Sulfate, Dimethyl Sulfone, Sodium Chondroitin Sulfate, Boswellia Serrata Extract, Vanillyl Butyl Ether, Methyl Salicylate, Menthol, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Cucumis Sativus (Cucumber) Extract, Linalool, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Limonene.

Recommended Use:
Apply 2-3 times per day on the skin around the joints and spine.
