Ingredients: Inulin, HCA (from Garcinia cambogia fruit extract), Trigonella foenum-graecum seed extract, Coleus forskohlii Root Extract, Raspberry leaf extract, L-Tyrosine, Zinc, Chromium, Iodine, Inulin 41.6%, bulking agents (cellulose gel, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose), Garcinia cambogia fruit extract 8.3%, fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) seed extract 5.5%, carambola (Averrhoa carambola) fruit extract 5.5%, L-Tyrosine 5.5%, coating material [stabiliser (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose), colour (iron oxides and hydroxides)], anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, fatty acids), zinc oxide, chromium (III)chloride, potassium iodide. Made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, gluten, soy, crustacs, sulphur dioxide and nuts containing foods.

Recommended Use: Take 2 tablets a day 30 minutes before your main meal with plenty of liquid. Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance.
