Recommended Use: Shake well before every use. As a dietary supplement, first time users should start by taking 1/2 serving (1 tablespoon) of EVP AQ for their first training sessions in order to find their own personal tolerance before proceeding to an additional serving. Mix 1/2 serving with 12-16 fl. oz. of cold water or beverage of choice 20-30 minutes before training. Advanced users can mix 1 serving (2 tbsp) with 22-32 fl. oz. of cold water or beverage of choice.
