Ingredients: Vitamin C (as sodium ascorbate), sodium, vegetable glycerol (as GlycoSpan), betaine, S7 N0 Blend (Green Coffee BExtract, Green Tea Extract, Turmeric extract, Tart Cherry, Blueberry, Broccoli, Kale), purified water, acidity regulator: citric acid; natural flavors, preservative: cultured dextrose; sweetener: steviol glycosides. May contain: puts, wheat & eggs.
Recommended Use: Shake well before every use. As a dietary supplement, first time users should start by taking 1/2 serving (1 tablespoon) of EVP AQ for their first training sessions in order to find their own personal tolerance before proceeding to an additional serving. Mix 1/2 serving with 360 - 480 ml of cold water or beverage of choice 20 - 30 minutes before training. Advanced users can mix 1 serving (2 tbsp) with 650 - 950 ml of cold water or beverage of choice. Do not exceed 1 serving (2 tbsp) within a 24 hour period. During your workout and throughout the day, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water.
