Evening primrose oil is distinguished by its richness of essential fatty acids - In particular, it contains linoleic acid (LA) and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), i.e. compounds belonging to the group of polyunsaturated omega-6 acids. Because the human body is not able to naturally synthesize these substances, it is worth delivering them to the body along with the daily menu or in the form of dietary supplements.

Vitamin E is a group of chemical compounds, classified as fat-soluble vitamins. It is a compound that in the human body is stored primarily in adipose tissue, as well as in the adrenal glands. Dietary sources of vitamin E include vegetable oils, i.a. olive oil and sunflower oil, as well as nuts and germs of cereal seeds.

Ingredients: Evening Primrose Oil, Vitamin E, Evening primrose oil containing 70% of linoleic acid (LA) and 9% of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), shell components (gelatin, humectant: glycerol, purified water), DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate (vitamin E). Product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans, fish.

Recommended Use: Take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily with a sufficient amount of water.
