The softgel label states that it is not manufactured with wheat, gluten, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or sesame ingredients, but is produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens. Contains soy; softgels contain bovine gelatin and are not suitable for vegans or vegetarians.
Recommended Use
Take 3 tablets daily with food for the tablet variants or 3 softgels daily with food for the softgel variants. Follow the packaging directions for the 120 Vcaps variant.
Warnings

The tablet label states that the product contains xylitol, which is harmful to pets. Biotin may interfere with some blood-test results. The supplied labels state that this product is not recommended for individuals under 18, pregnant or nursing women, people taking medication, or people with underlying medical conditions.
