Water, maltodextrin (33%), magnesium lactate, thickener (xanthan gum), acidity regulators (citric acid, trisodium citrate), natural flavouring, caffeine anhydrous BP, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), sweetener (sucralose), sodium chloride, vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamin), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Allergen cross-contamination notice: Existing supplier information states that the product may contain milk, soy, eggs, fish, celery and cereals containing gluten. Check the packaging for the selected flavour.

Recommended Use

For long exercise, consume 1 gel orally at stages during exercise when a quick carbohydrate and caffeine boost is desired. For short, intense exercise, consume 1 gel 15 minutes beforehand. The supplier advises not to exceed 3 gels per day. Gels do not need to be taken with water, but maintain hydration.

Warnings

High caffeine content: 75mg per 60g gel. Not recommended for children or pregnant women, or for anyone sensitive to caffeine. Do not exceed the recommended use. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a cool, dry place.
