ENDURANCE ELECTROLYTE TABLETS have been carefully developed to support the requirements that performance athletes have to ward off the effects of dehydration. Its commonly understood that effective hydration levels support optimal performance and muscle function during strenuous exercise, in warm environments, or where activities that take place over longer periods of time. However, water alone just isn’t enough to maintain this complex system of optimal hydration and electrolyte balances, and our hassle-free solution quickly dissolves in water to provide a functional hydration solution.

If fluid and electrolyte losses are not replaced during and after activity, dehydration occurs. This imbalance in electrolytes, combined with a loss of fluid, causes detrimental physiological effects that impact performance and your ability to recover adequately – increase in core temperatures, reduction in nutrient absorption, increase in heart rate, increased carbohydrate depletion and an increase in muscle loss along with a sharp decline in performance are the typical side effects that can be avoided.

Add one effervescent tablet into water, and consuming during or after activity will work to increase your electrolyte uptake and availability. This product forms part of the Informed Sport programme.

Ingredients: Acid (Citric Acid), Acidity Regulator (Sodium Carbonate), Bulking Agent (Sorbitol), Potassium Citrate, Anti-Caking Agent (Polyethylene Glycol), Magnesium Citrate, Calcium Citrate, Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid), Sweetener (Sucralose), May contain: cereals containing gluten and products thereof, Natural Flavouring, Calcium Citrates, Colour (Carrot, Hibiscus).

Recommended Use: Add one tablet to 500ml of cold water and let it dissolve. Once prepared consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed more than 2 tablets daily.

Warnings: Recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not use if the seal under cap is broken/missing. Excessive consumption may produce a laxative effect. This product is not suitable for anyone under the age of 16. Store in a cool dry place.
