Per serving: 15 kcal, 2 g carbohydrate, vitamin B6 2 mg, iron 5 mg, magnesium 250 mg, chloride 800 mg, sodium 270 mg, potassium 590 mg, ConcenTrace Mineral Complex 1,530 mg, sulfate 110 mg, kelp extract 100 mg, taurine 100 mg, alfalfa leaf 50 mg and boron 2 mg. Use: take 4–6 tablets daily, divided with meals and around activity, with plenty of fluid. Contains iron; keep out of reach of children and seek immediate medical help after accidental overdose.
