Ingredients: Protein blend [whey protein concentrate (milk), whey protein isolate (milk), whey protein hydrolysate (milk), milk protein concentrate (milk)], cocoa powder, flavourings, salt, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; thickeners: carboxymethyl cellulose, guar gum; sweetener: sucralose. Contains milk. May contain trace of soya, egg, fish, celery, cereals containing gluten and products thereof.

Recommended use: Mix 2 level scoops (33g) of protein powder with 250ml of cold water or cold milk and shake well. Consume immediately after training or throughout the day on non-training days. Consume 1-3 times daily. Scoops are estimate only, weighing scales are recommended.

Recommended daily portion: 6 level scoops (99g).
