Ingredients
Non Flavored: Creatine monohydrate.
Cherry Lollipop: Creatine monohydrate, maltodextrin, flavourings, acid: citric acid; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; beetroot powder (Beta vulgaris L.), sweeteners: sucralose, steviol glycosides from stevia.
Allergen notice: May contain traces of gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soya, milk and nuts, lupins, sulphur dioxide and sulphites. Check your chosen pack before use.
Recommended Use
Non Flavored: mix 3.4 g (1.5 measuring scoops) with 200 ml water. Cherry Lollipop: mix 3.85 g (1.5 measuring scoops) with 150 ml water. Take one serving per day for six weeks, then take a break for two to four weeks, as directed on the supplied labels.
