Regular creatine supplementation increases muscle performance, especially during intense workouts. To enhance its effect, we recommend using it in the so-called creatine cycles. Creatine Monohydrate (of which pure creatine), Creatine Monohydrate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose capsule (gelling agent: gellan gum), colouring agent: titanium dioxide, iron oxide, bulking agent: magnesium stearate, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

Recommended Use

The maximum daily dose is 3 capsules. Take regularly for four weeks. Once the 4-week period has been completed, take a break from using the product for at least 4 weeks. It is recommended to combine with the consumption of carbohydrates (e.g. with gainers). Take with enough water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
