Capsules: Creapure® Creatine Monohydrate, Hard Gelatine Capsule (Bovine Gelatine).
Allergen notice (Capsules): No allergens declared. Contains bovine gelatine — not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
Powder (250g & 500g): 100% Creapure® Creatine Monohydrate.
Allergen notice (Powder): May contain traces of gluten (wheat, oat, barley), egg and/or milk.
Recommended Use
Capsules: Take 2 capsules 3 times daily with water on an empty stomach. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day.
Powder — Loading Phase: Take 5g and mix with 500ml of water, fruit juice or meal replacement 4 times a day at regular intervals for 5 days. Maintenance Phase: Take 5g once daily mixed with 500ml of water, fruit juice or meal replacement. Best consumed within 3 months of opening.
