Recommended Use

Hot oats: Add a 25g serving to a heat-safe bowl. Slowly add boiling water while stirring until you reach your preferred consistency. Allow to cool before eating and take care when handling hot liquids.

Overnight oats: Mix a serving with milk or yoghurt and refrigerate overnight. Add fruit, berries, protein powder or seeds if desired.

Blended drinks and baking: Blend or shake with your preferred liquid and other ingredients, or use in recipes such as pancakes, flapjacks, muffins and mug cakes.
