Ingredients

Crea Xtreme Complex 84.7% (creatine monohydrate, tri-creatine malate, creatine citrate, creatine hydrochloride), capsule shell (glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Recommended Use

Take 2 capsules twice daily with 300ml of water. On training days, take the first serving 30 minutes before training and the second immediately after training. On non-training days, take the first serving after getting up and the second before bedtime. Recommended daily portion: 4 capsules.
