Ingredients
85% Crea Xtreme Complex [creatine monohydrate, creatine citrate, creatine hydrochloride], capsule shell [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)], anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).
Allergen advice: May contain milk, soya, cereals containing gluten, fish, molluscs and peanuts.
Directions
Take 2 capsules twice daily with 300ml water. On training days, take the first serving 30 minutes before training and the second immediately after training. On non-training days, take the first serving after waking and the second before bedtime. Recommended daily intake: 4 capsules.
Warnings

Storage
