Recommended Use
Mix each serving (6 g / 3/4 scoop) with 400 ml of water. For a loading period, take one serving per 15 kg of bodyweight daily, spread throughout the day before meals, for 5 days. Then reduce to 1 serving per day for maintenance. If skipping the loading period, start directly with 1 serving per day.
