A food supplement containing vitamins D, B6 and B12 with magnesium, zinc, selenium, manganese, chromium and black pepper extract. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood, and vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. Each serving provides the quantities shown below.

ZM8+ Other Ingredients: Vegetarian capsule (emulsifier [hypromellose]), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose). Produced in a facility that handles ingredients from milk, soy, egg, crustacs/shellfish, fish.

ZM8+ Recommended Use: Take 2-3 capsules at night before bed on an empty stomach with 250ml (~8 fl oz) of water. Use for 8 weeks followed by a 4 week off-cycle.
