About vitamin C
Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, cartilage, bones, blood vessels, gums and teeth. Directions
Dissolve one 10 g serving (2 scoops) in 200 ml of water or juice using a shaker. Take one serving daily. Intended for adults.
