Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body. It has a fibre like structure that makes it perfect as a form of connective tissue, meaning it literally connects bone to bone and bone to muscle, as well as being a major component of bone, skin, muscle, tendons and cartilage.

Given Collagens abundance in the body, as well as its apparent benefit in alleviating joint pain and supporting skin health and appearance, it makes sense that quality collagen supplements have quickly become a staple in many people’s supplement regime. Ingredients

Hydrolyzed collagen (from beef), Acid (Citric Acid), Bulking Agent (Maltodextrin), Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Calcium Salts of Orthophosphoric Acid), Beetroot Powder, Acai berry (Euterpe oleracea) fruit extract, Hyaluronic Acid, Flavoring, L-ascorbic acid, Sweeteners (Acesulfame-K, Sucralose), Rose hip (Rosa canina) Fruit Powder, Collagen Peptides (Chicken Sternum), Zinc Citrate, Sodium Chloride, Copper Citrate, Colour (Indigo Carmine), Sodium Selenite. May contain: gluten, milk, soy, egg and nuts.

Recommended use

Mix 1 scoop of powder (15 g) with 250 ml of cold water and take it during the day between meals.

Warnings

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the supplements compounds. Consult your physician before use. Not recommended for use by those taking medication. The container has 1 sachet of silica gel for moisture absorption. Do not consume and do not discard until all contents are used up! Store the container tightly closed between 5-30°C (41-86°F). Keep away from direct heat, moisture and sunlight. After opening do not store the product for more than 6 months.
