Ingredients
Coenzyme Q10 (Ubiquinone), microcrystalline cellulose, capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, water), magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide. No wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts or sesame.

Recommended use
Adults take 1 capsule 1-3 times a day with a fat-containing meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
