Ingredients: Tri-Creatine Malate (of which Creatine), Sucralose - sweetener; silicone dioxide - anti-caking agent; thickeners - cellulose gum, xanthan gum, colour for pineapple flavour - beta-carotene, colour for grapefruit flavour - azorubine.

Recommended Use: Dissolve a single serving of the product - 3.5g (1 scoop) in 250-300 ml of water in a shaker. Depending on your needs, take 2 servings daily.

Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant or nursing woman must not take the product.
