Ingredients: CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid), Green Tea Extract (Camellia sinensis) [55% EGCG] (of which EGCG), Calcium salt of conjugated linoleic acid [80% CLA] (82%), green tea extract (Camellia sinensis) [55% EGCG] (15%), capsule shell (glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose)), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids). The product may contain: milk, soybean, cereals containing gluten, eggs, peanuts and nuts.

Recommended Use: Take a single serving of the product - 3 capsules with 300 ml of water. Take 2 servings daily, preferably during or immediately after a meal. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach.

Warnings: Should not be consumed if you are consuming other products containing green tea on the same day. Should not consume a daily amount of 800mg of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate or more. Do not take before bedtime. Do not use with other products containing caffeine or other ingredients with similar effects. In order to achieve the maximum effects the product should not be used systematically for the period of 6-8 weeks. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Should not be consumed by pregnant or lactating women and children below 18 years old. Do not use the product in case of circulatory system problems or sensitivity to caffeine. Do not combine with alcohol. Varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Keep this packaging tightly closed in a dry place, at the temperature of 15-25°C. Keep out of reach of young children. Protect from light and moisture. After opening consume within 3 months.
